You may be here because life feels difficult, stressful or confusing, or perhaps you simply want to understand yourself better and look after your wellbeing.
I am a registered counsellor offering 1:1 therapy for adults aged 18+, online and in person in Ealing.
Sessions are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
I believe genuine human connection is at the heart of therapeutic change: having a space where you can be heard, understood and accepted as you are.
If you are new to counselling, it is completely understandable to feel unsure about where to begin or whether this is for you. Therapy is a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
If you have had counselling before, you may know that every therapeutic relationship is different. No two therapists work in quite the same way, just as no two people are the same. We can use an introductory chat to explore whether working together feels right for you.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can meet and you can ask any questions.
Therapy is your time: a space to talk, reflect, feel and be yourself. No issue is too big or too small, and you will not be judged or pushed into sharing anything you do not want to.
We will usually meet at the same day and time each week for 50 minutes. In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope for, and how we might work together.
Therapy is not always straightforward. It can be messy, frustrating, calm, joyful, sad, and sometimes even something to laugh about. It is not a quick fix, but a self-exploratory process that can help you make sense of your experiences, emotions and relationships.
You remain in control of your therapeutic journey, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
